The indicated fees are per person (plus VAT 19%) and include documentation, confirmation of participation, lunch and drinks. After receipt of your registration, we will send you the confirmation of participation and an invoice.

Payment of the attendance fee is due on receipt of the invoice. Payment for all other services invoiced by KC is due in seven working days. Invoices are payable strictly net.

Team Discounts

If you sign in for more than one person from your company at the same time, we grant a 10% reduction of the participation fee to the second participant. In case of three or more registrations, the fee for the third and all further participants is reduced by 15%. Should you wish to register 5 or more persons, we offer a reduction of 25%, should you want to register 10 or more persons, we offer a reduction of 33%.

To qualify for team discounts, all team members attending the conference must be employed by the same organization and all registrations must be submitted within a single booking.

Continuing Education Credits

You can earn CPE credits at EIC 2015 – up to 18 from the EIC and up to 10 from the optional workshop.  Program level – Intermediate, Delivery Method – Group Live.

  KuppingerCole is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credits. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry through its website: www.learningmarket.org

Cancellation

There will be no fees for cancellations up to 30 days before beginning of the event. For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the conference, we will charge an administration fee of 50% of the participation fee. For cancellations later than this, we will charge the total conference fee. The cancellation must be in writing.

Substitution

Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. Please note there will be a € 50 (plus VAT) processing fee for any substitution.

Data privacy

Your personal data will be stored only for internal processing and internal advertising purposes, strictly adhering to BDSG. If applicable, we may forward your address to an enterprise if the offering of this enterprise is of interest to you regarding contents, quality and services.
