Client Manager (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kommunikation mit Geschäftspartnern/Kunden zur Auftragsabwicklung (Terminvereinbarungen für Briefings, Workshops und andere Leistungen)
  • Projektkoordination
  • Individuelle Kundenberatung, Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsbeziehung sowie die Identifikation neuer Geschäftsoptionen gemeinsam mit dem Kunden
  • Termingerechte Koordination/Umsetzung der in Verträgen mit unseren Kunden vereinbarten Leistungen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten und zu optimieren
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen unterschiedlichen internen Abteilungen und dem Kunden zur reibungslosen Bereitstellung der vereinbarten Services
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung von Rechnungsplänen unter Berücksichtigung finanztechnischer und projektbezogener Parameter
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Bereich Finanz (CFO) sowie weiteren Schlüsselfunktionen des Unternehmens

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium kaufmännischer oder interdisziplinärer Fachrichtung, idealerweise Erfahrungen in ähnlicher Position
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Professionelles und freundliches Auftreten
  • Einsatzfreude und Flexibilität sowie hohe Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe

Analyst Information Security (m/f)

As an Analyst for Information Security, you will analyze vendors, products, and trends in Information Security and create research documents. You will provide advice to end users, system integrators, and vendors.

If you have a strong knowledge at least of certain fields of Information Security such as Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Authentication, or Cryptography; if you are strong in research; if you are capable of translating complex themes into focused reports and presentations, targeting business and IT decision makers, if you are a good speaker and your English is excellent in speaking and writing; then you are the right person for KuppingerCole.

We are looking for young, talented people, either directly from university or with 3-5 years of work experience in the Industry or in Consulting, in the field of Information Security. You will be located either in Stuttgart or Duisburg. Alternatively, we are open for people located in the U.S. or Canada or in France, the latter requiring excellent French in speaking and writing.

Senior Analyst Information Security (m/f)

As a Senior Analyst for Information Security, you will analyze vendors, products, and trends in Information Security and create research documents and lead research for certain market segments, including creating Leadership Compass documents for these segments in your full responsibility. You will provide advice to end users, system integrators, and vendors and lead advisory projects. Furthermore, you will work on creating further KuppingerCole Packaged Advice, i.e. standardized advisory services based on the KuppingerCole Best Practices.

If you have a strong knowledge at least of certain fields of Information Security such as Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Authentication, IoT Security, or Cryptography; if you are strong in research; if you are capable of translating complex themes into focused reports and presentations, targeting business and IT decision makers, if you are a good speaker and your English is excellent in speaking and writing; then you are the right person for KuppingerCole.

We are looking for people with at least 5 years of work experience in the Industry or in Consulting, in the field of Information Security. Furthermore, you must have concrete experience in at least one of the following industry sectors:

  • Finance Industry (Banking, Insurance, or FinTech)
  • Manufacturing Industry, including Automotive, with specific focus on ICS/OT
  • Healthcare

You will be located either in in Stuttgart or Duisburg. Alternatively, we are open for people located in the U.S. or Canada or in France, the latter requiring excellent French in speaking and writing.

As Lead Analyst for Digital Transformation, you will analyze vendors, products, and trends in Digital Transformation and create research documents and lead research for certain market segments, including creating Leadership Compass documents for these segments in your full responsibility. You will oversee and lead the research of other KuppingerCole analysts in your field of expertise. You will provide advice to end users, system integrators, and vendors and lead advisory projects. Furthermore, you will work on creating further KuppingerCole Packaged Advice, i.e. standardized advisory services based on the KuppingerCole Best Practices.

If you have a strong knowledge at least of certain fields of Digital Transformation such as Industry 4.0, FinTech, BlockChain, AI & Robotics, Cognitive & Big Data Analytics, or Business Transformation; if you are strong in research; if you are capable of translating complex themes into focused reports and presentations, targeting business and IT decision makers, if you are a good speaker and your English and German are excellent in speaking and writing; then you are the right person for KuppingerCole.

We are looking for people with at least 5-8 years of work experience in the Industry or in Consulting, with strong experience in the area of Digital Transformation.

You will be located either in in Stuttgart or Duisburg. Alternatively, we are open for people located in the U.S. or Canada or in France, the latter requiring excellent French in speaking and writing.
