Ralf Oestereich is on a mission to transform enterprises and to support individuals in our digital era. Trained in computer science and economy he gained unique insights in over 20+ years working in and on transformations of companies like SIEMENS, ATOS and IBM. His experiences include the founding (and failing) of his own start-up, strategic digital re-orientations, the design and execution of transformations and, most notably, the complexity and challenges of leading people and managers through these journeys.
Since 2016 Ralf is the managing director IT in Germany for a leading insurance company, working on the transformation towards cloud and agile.
He loves to share and speak about his experiences and has a special passion to support start-ups. He is also a determined business coach, helping other in their various challenges in working contexts.
