As a sales employee at KuppingerCole, you will mainly be responsible for the acquisition and development of new customers. You will understand or discover their individual requirements as well as key decision-makers. In cooperation with the KuppingerCole analysts and advisors, you will generate new business from the KuppingerCole product portfolio. It will be your job to create custom offers and to lead negotiations to a successful conclusion with the signing of a contract in a timely manner.

  • Identify business potential and generate new business in the b2b market
  • Contribute to the development of sales campaigns
  • Create offers leading to high close rates, standardized and/or customized
  • Monetize business opportunities in the fast growing information security & digital transformation market
  • Ensure long-term business relationships with new and existing customers
  • Monthly reporting, forecast on order income
  • Observation of the market and trends
  • Support in the development and marketing of new products
  • Cooperation with various other KuppingerCole departments
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably with an IT bias
  • Academic background
  • A professional attitude, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be a trusted advisor to your customers, as well as being persistent, assertive and able to close deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Customer-focused, friendly, confident with a professional appearance
  • Business fluent in both written as well as spoken German and English
  • Team player who also has the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel national & international as required
  • Willingness to learn and master challenges with fun and ambition
  • Adept at using MS Office applications, CRM programs and other IT tools
  • A responsible role in an expanding international company
