KuppingerCole Analysts is an independent, international analyst house specializing in the strategic management of Identity Security. Since our founding in 2004 as a small company with a family spirit, we have grown significantly.
Our success is powered by a diverse, internationally minded team and a welcoming work environment. With colleagues from more than 10 countries, we are proud to call the USA, UK, and Germany home, with three offices where everyone is warmly welcomed.

“My parental leave at KuppingerCole was an ideal experience for me. From the very beginning, everyone was genuinely happy for me when I shared the news that I was going to become a mother—something I know is still not the case in all companies.
We planned my absence well in advance together with my colleagues: deciding who would take over my tasks, how my additional benefits would be handled, and when and how I would return to work. “In November 2019, I received my first company bicycle: a real highlight, as it was the first time we ordered bikes through the JobRad program. Being a passionate cyclist, I ordered my second bike in early 2023: this time, a gravel bike without electric assistance. By then, the ordering process had become well-established.
My bike not only enables exciting leisure adventures but also serves as an ideal piece of sports equipment. The opportunity to explore the surrounding nature and enjoy the freedom of two wheels never ceases to excite me. A true highlight was my Alpine crossing in May 2023. A big thank-you goes to our company for making this fantastic bicycle leasing program available to us.
