Matthew Gardiner

Matthew is a Fellow Analyst at KuppingerCole and is focused on cybersecurity and IAM. He has more than 20 years of experience as a product manager and security strategist covering IAM, federated SSO, SIEM/SOAR, SaaS security, as well as network, web, and email security systems.  During his time as an executive with multiple security vendors, Matthew led projects in product strategy, new product development, pricing & packaging, competitive positioning, market and threat research and other areas of go-to-market execution. He has written and presented extensively to both security specialists as well as mainstream audiences. Previously he was a co-founder and president of the federated security industry consortia, Kantara Initiative.
