Vanessa joined KuppingerCole in April 2022 and currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer. In this role, she leads the Customer Success team with a strategic vision centered on sustainable customer success and the effective delivery of agreed-upon services. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Vanessa oversees the ongoing development of Membership and Research Management. Her role necessitates close collaboration with all departments at KuppingerCole, ensuring that the customer’s voice is always represented within the company. Vanessa is committed to fostering successful partnerships that enable clients to grow and achieve their objectives. Before her tenure at KuppingerCole, Vanessa spent five years at an IT security software provider, where she most recently held the position of Head of Channel.
