Susanne joined KuppingerCole in June 2022 as an account manager. Together with the Account Management team she is responsible for coordination and realization of agreed services and support to ensure and optimize customer satisfaction. Susanne received her master`s degree in General Management from the AAU University of Klagenfurt. Directly after her study, she worked for an IT security software vendor in the channel department.
