Building on his apprenticeship as an IT specialist in application development (IHK), Reiner quickly expanded into roles focused on business development and strategic planning. From early in his career, he has been driven by creating tangible business value for customers—a motivation that continues to guide his work today. His hands-on implementation experience has given him a strong instinct for strategies and architectures that truly deliver results.

Reiner has worked in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) field for nearly 20 years. He began his career as a developer and later moved into roles such as Solution Designer, Architect, Lead Consultant, and Freelancer, gaining experience both in consulting and on the customer side. Over the years, he has delivered a broad range of implementation and strategic architecture projects for large enterprises in industries including telecommunications, insurance, banking and finance, steel, automotive, and energy. Lately he worked as IAM Advisor. He has also spoken at conferences on IGA implementation strategies, sharing practical insights drawn from real-world project experience.
