Qin Hillmann

Qin joined KuppingerCole’s account management team in October 2021, she supports all customer interactions, individual customer liaison to ensure and optimize customer satisfaction. Qin works closely with clients to identify their specific needs and challenges, tailor services and recommendations to meet the unique requirements and demands of each client. Qin holds an MBA degree from European Business School, prior to that, she spent 6 years in merchandising and customer managing role in retail industry in Shanghai, with a focus on Israeli market. She is the advocate of her clients and at the same time maintains a good rapport with vendors. Having an international background, Qin is experienced in communicating in different cultural and technical levels with various stake holders.
