It is not only in times of crisis like the current coronavirus pandemic that companies need to adapt and respond quickly to changing circumstances to provide workers with remote access and deal with onboarding and deprovisioning contingent workers. IAM tools using artificial intelligence (AI) in the form of machine learning (ML) can address the aforementioned challenges. Such tools could take much of the complexity out of identity management, providing the ability to see and do more without requiring additional IT resources.
