It is not only in times of crisis like the current coronavirus pandemic that companies need to adapt and respond quickly to changing circumstances to provide workers with remote access and deal with onboarding and deprovisioning contingent workers. Continually changing and increasing customer demands as well as workforce expectations to work remotely, flexibly and on the move are also driving the need to be able to grant appropriate, security and compliant access rights to employees in near-real time to prevent gaps in workflows, increase productivity and improve compliance.
