Dr. Olaf Reinhold is manager and board member of the Social CRM Research Center e.V. and guest lecturer at the Information Systems Institute at the Leipzig University. His research interest is in the field of customer relationship management, with a current focus on social media, artificial intelligence, privacy and decentralization. He is also co-author of the book: “Social Customer Relationship Management. Fundamentals, Applications, Technologies” and chair of the iCRM workshop series and the annual Social CRM Conference in Brazil.
