Adam has been a data-driven marketer for more than 24 years and has designed, developed and deployed the customer loyalty, retention and customer insight research for organisations such as Westpac Group, Quest Hotels Apartments, Forever New Fashion, Bed, Bath 'n Table, Advantage Pharmacy Group, Choice Hotel Group, RSEA Safety Stores and BIG4 Holiday Parks.
Since 2013, Adam has commissioned and authored the in-depth Australian customer loyalty and loyalty program research studies – ‘for love or money’ which are now in their 6th edition.
He is also the author of one of Australia’s only practical books on loyalty programs – ‘Give-back to Get-back - 9 steps to a profitable loyalty program’.
He has been widely interviewed on customer loyalty and loyalty programs on national television and published in various newspapers and magazines such as Marketing Magazine, The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, CMO and SmartCompany
