Herve Le Jouan

Hervé Le Jouan is an repeated Entrepreneur and Senior Executive having been involved in key Digital Measurement companies in the last 16 years.

After 8 years in the Software industry where he co-founded his first company, and then his tenure at Netscape Europe in 1997, he co-founded Netvalue in 1998, which he became later COO, an Internet measurement company who was listed on the Paris stock Exchange, and eventually was sold to Nielsen//NetRatings in 2002 where Herve spent 2 years. After he hold a Senior position at Mediametrie in France to develop cross media measurement offers. He took then the role of Managing Director Europe, m:metrics, the first mobile media measurement company, headquartered in the US, and started the operations in EU. M:metrics became the reference company and was sold to comScore in 2008 where Hervé became Managing Director Europe. In 2010, Hervé left comScore to start his new venture, Privowny, an independent and trusted intermediary platform for personal data management & privacy control.

Alongside, Hervé is Advisor at the European Digital Forum, and has been Chairman EMEA and global vice-chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association in 2009-2010 and  Member of the Board of Mobile Marketing Association France from 2012 to 2017.

Hervé has been a regular speaker in various Digital conferences in the last 15 years.
