Roy´s research focuses on the application of mathematical methods to the analysis of terrorism, political violence and related topics such as network resilience (cyber) and network design. He is interested in the game theoretic (cooperative game theory) and graph theoretic modeling of terrorist, criminal, insurgent and cyber networks.
