Martin Kuppinger's EIC 2018 Summary

EOC number 12 in a nutshell, another great conference. Our 12th year, we had, again, more attendees. We had very lively discussions, very interesting tracks, excellent speakers. And we had two really hot topics in that conference where we brought together on one hand, saw leadership and best practice. So the saw leadership side was more all around blockchain identity or how will blockchains and distributed lecture technologies help make identity better drive its things forward altogether with what we call sales sovereign identity.

So giving the back to control about his identity, this was what the one big scene. The second big scene we have was how will microservices impact identity management and vice versa? How will identity management help microservices a brand new red hub topic, which raised a lot of attention, a lot of discussions and most topics from my perspective will impact the discussion, not only for the next 12 months, but even beyond. So I'm looking forward already to EIC 2019. Thank you.
