Prof. Dr. Jaap-Henk Hoepman

Jaap-Henk Hoepman is senior scientist computer security, privacy and identity management at TNO, the Dutch Organisation for Applied Scientific Research. He also holds an associate professor position at the Digital Security group of the Institute for Computing and Information Sciences of the Radboud University Nijmegen. His research into information security and cryptographic protocols is usually insprired by practical problems.

He is chair of the IFIP working group 11.2 on "Pervasive System Security", Member of the management board of Trust in Digital Life Member of Council, a thinktank on the internet of things, former member of the permanent stakeholders group (PSG) of the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA), co-founded SAFE-NL, and is coordinator of the Kerckhoffs Institute offering a master programme in Computer Security.
