Dr. Manreet Nijjar is a Consultant Physician in Infectious Diseases and Acute Medicine at Health NHS trust and an NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur Fellow. He co-founded Truu a company that specialises in digital trust, credentialing and creating a digital passport for healthcare workers and a passwordless single sign on solution for organisations. Leveraging emerging technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology, Decentralised Identifiers and Verifiable Credentials. Manreet will explain how they are currently solving business problems such as onboarding a highly mobile regulated workforce and how these technologies will facilitate trust as healthcare undergoes a rapid digital transformation,  built on the principles of open standards, collaboration and privacy by design.
