Jason Hill

Jason Hill is the head of the SDDC (Software-Defined Data Center) practice in EMEA. Heading up a rapidly expanding team of pre and post sales experts, engineers and domain architects, Jason is responsible for delivering VMware’s SDDC to customers and partners across the region. VMware’s SDDC is the ideal architecture for private, public and hybrid clouds and delivers concrete business value and differentiated solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Prior to taking up this role, Jason led VMware’s Advisory Services team around End User Computing for EMEA.  In this role Jason worked with senior executives to help them build their End User Computing strategies.

Jason has more than 20 years’ experience in IT, working in both the technology and financial services sectors.

Prior to joining VMware he spent nine years as a director for Deutsche Bank in its IT Architecture & Engineering group, where he instigated and ran its global cloud program. In addition to this, Jason also sat on the bank's End User and Virtualization strategy groups, helping to drive initiatives focused on supporting business growth and cost optimization.
