IAM is a long-established discipline, but shifting requirements—especially SaaS adoption, IaaS, multi-cloud and hybrid environments, and “as-a-service” Target Operating Models (TOMs)—are pushing organizations to modernize, particularly in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
