Thilo Müller
E.ON IS
Thilo Müller studied Computer Science at the TU Darmstadt. He specialised in it-security and wrote his master thesis at Fraunhofer SIT about a topic provided by the BMW Research Group. His thesis described an identity federation scenario using XACML and SAML. Both are open XML standards from the OASIS group. He examined the requirements exchanging policies between federating companies. Since 2006, he is an employee at the identity management group of the E.ON IS in Würzburg.
His projects involve supporting an inhouse PKI, authentification of external users in the field of RAS/WLAN and integration of legally binding electronically signed emails for external partners.
