Doc Searls is author of The Intention Economy: When Customers Take Charge (Harvard Business Review Press, 2012), co-author of The Cluetrain Manifesto (Basic Books, 2000 and 2010), one of the world's best-known and widely read bloggers and tweeters, and former editor-in-chief of Linux Journal.
