Joerg Resch

Joerg Resch is an Innovation Manager at the German Federal Agency for Breakthrough Innovation (SPRIND), where he focuses on European digital sovereignty, and the future of government in the age of autonomous systems. His work centers on supporting Start-ups and companies building sovereign digital and AI capabilities at scale, bridging technology, policy, and institutional innovation. Prior to joining SPRIND, he was Co-Founder and Board Member of KuppingerCole Analysts, a leading European research and advisory firm in identity, security, and digital trust. He brings long-standing experience at the intersection of technology ecosystems, governance, and strategic foresight.
