Erwan Gaultier

Board Member and Investor


Since 2020, Erwan is a senior advisor, investor and board member. He is coaching and advising C-levels to successfully embed their digital transformation. He is an expert in digital Commerce, Automation (RPA, bots,…), Customer Experience Management, Omnichannel Customer Relationship operations as well as digital native product & service design.
Until end of 2019, in a CDO-like role, Erwan oversaw digital channels & customer experience design as well as large scale operational model change for Orange. He was thus providing his 360° digital and transformational expertise to Orange subsidiaries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He previously ran Digital channels business & operations for Orange France and as well as the agile transformation on the French footprint. In 2015 he impelled and deployed agile and design driven ways of working within Orange.

He has begun is experience in strategy consulting within Capgemini Consulting and Oliver Wyman, in Europe and Asia, mainly dedicated to innovation and growth strategy and go-to-market.
