Dr.-Ing. Torsten Lodderstedt is Technical Director at YES Europe AG, a startup working on a new scheme for identity, signatures and payment initiation. Before joining YES, he lead the team responsible for development and operation of identity management, contract management, and payment aggregation services at Deutsche Telekom's innovation unit.
Torsten Lodderstedt is a regular contributor to OAuth 2.0 und OpenID Connect. For example, he is editor of the OAuth 2.0 security threat model, the OAuth token revocation mechanism and a recent working group document on OAuth security best practices. He also chaired the MODRNA working group at the OpenID foundation.
In his previous positions as consultant and IT architect, he helped customers in several domains (public, banking, railway communication, telecommunication) since 1996 to implement highly scalable and secure applications. Torsten Lodderstedt received his Ph.D in computer science from Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg. His main areas of expertise include identity management, IT security, software engineering tools and methods as well as software architectures.
