Thierry Winter has a degree in Telecommunication engineering from the French Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in 1990. He started his career within the software department of the Bull Group, by carrying out several development projects for the OpenMaster software suite for network and applications management: Fault and Incident Management, Network Management, Quality of Service Monitoring. In 2000, he took the lead of the security R&D of the Evidian company, with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
As part of his duties as Evidian CTO since 2006, he drives the Research and Development activities for the different Evidian product lines. He has participated in a large number of collaborative projects, with a focus on security of Information Systems, as member, initiator or project leader in EUREKA programs. He is involved since 2011 in the French “Systematic” ICT cluster as active member of the steering committee for Digital Trust & Security. He’s a member of the ATOS Scientific Community.
