Tobias is the Deputy Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Deutsche Börse Group and the Head of Section for Information Security Governance & Risk

His current functional responsibilities include cyber security governance and stakeholder reporting, intercompany security contract management incl. SLA reporting, third-party security[n:m] risk management and IT asset security [n:m] risk assessment

He was a Senior Knowledge Expert for Cyber security risk with McKinsey & Company’s office in Frankfurt and part of the Firm’s Global Risk Practice between January 2018 and March 2021

Tobias worked 6 years for Deutsche Bank (DB) in the CISO organization being responsible for the Group's Information Security Management System and 2 years in the 2nd line of defense for cyber risk

Before joining DB he gained significant IT/Cyber audit, assurance and advisory experience with Ernst & Young in the financial industry globally

Tobias holds a master degree in Economics and Business Administration majoring in Finance and Computer Science from the University of Siegen
