Martin Zeitler is Director, Systems Engineering, at Palo Alto Networks. In this role he oversees regional cybersecurity strategy and threat intelligence, security best practices and thought leadership. Martin is a recognized expert in network and application security with two decades of experience in the industry. He joined Palo Alto Networks from FireEye a company which offers a broad portfolio against the next generation of cyber attacks. Before FireEye he has been with Zscaler a cloud security provider and IronPort Systems, leading the Systems Engineering team. IronPort established the appliance-based enterprise anti-spam and anti-virus market and was acquired by Cisco in June 2007. Prior to IronPort, Martin spent nine years with EDS Systematics, where he served as Chief IT Consultant, directing the Security Business Unit. Martin holds a degree in Information Technology.
