Dr. Christian Schlaeger is the Global Head of the Cyber Security Product and Service portfolio for G&D’s enterprise, industrial, medical and critical infrastructure customers in the Cyber Security Division. In his role, Christian is responsible for the creation of the Division’s innovative industry leading solutions and services for smart factories (Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0), mobile app security, identity and authentication solutions for critical and sensitive areas and solutions.
Christian has over 12 years of global experience in manufacturing, telco, automotive, insurance and security industries. Before joining G&D, Christian was SVP at Allianz insurance group and lead the founding of the VW, Bayer, BASF and Allianz security service joint venture DCSO in Berlin. Prior to Allianz, Christian worked in IT transformation projects for SwissLife in Zurich and as a Manager for EY’s security advisory practice with global clients from all industries.
