Julien Maillard is the Digital and Data Director within the Services Division of Hager Group where his role is to define the services' digital experience, to distribute these solutions via the different digital channels and operate the digital marketing tools designed to acquire and retain our customers. His efforts serve to drive Hager Group towards its ambition to launch monetized services for direct customers and become a leader for connected services on the Internet of Things.
Prior to joining Hager Group, Julien has 17 years of experience in large companies such as Orange, Canal+, SFR or TF1, where he consolidated his digital expertise, especially byb defining and launching different services for direct customers.
