Jacques Forster is the Head of the IAM CoE (Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence) within the Corporate COO organization of AXA Technology Services, part of the AXA group. In his role, he is responsible for AXA worldwide strategy around IAM, and has the mandate & responsibility to Build & Operate shared services that delivers IAM capabilities worldwide 24/7. Jacques joined AXA in 2009 as CTO within the IT department at AXA Belgium, in charge of Architecture, Configuration & Release Management, and Risk & Security. He moved to AXA Technology Services end 2012 as “Head of Cross-Domains – Architecture, Governance & Programs” before moving to the “Head of IAM CoE” position in 2015. Jacques resides south of Brussels (BE) and works mostly in Paris (FR), at AXA & AxaTech headquarters.
