Rhiannon advises on all aspects of data protection compliance from non contentious advice (for example wholesale reviews of privacy policies and notices, data retention policies and drafting contractual protections in data heavy transactions) to reactive advice in the event of data breaches and ICO complaints.
She has led a number of strategic cross border data transfer projects co-ordinating pan European data protection advice in 26 different jurisdictions.
She has also been involved in a number of innovative projects for clients such as social media initiatives and telematics. Rhiannon is regularly requested to provide training and invited to speak at events on a wide range of data protection issues. Through her various secondments she has gained detailed insight into her clients and their data protection requirements allowing her to develop a much sought after practical and commercial approach to providing data protection advice. She holds the ISEB qualification in data protection law.
