Elmar Eperiesi-Beck is a seasoned deep-tech entrepreneur, investor, and executive with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming technology-driven companies. He specializes in turning innovative technologies into successful businesses – guiding ventures from the first product vision through market entry to sustainable growth and successful exits.

As CEO of Bare.ID, he leads the strategic direction and growth of a German identity and access management platform, driving product innovation and market expansion. Prior to this, he founded and led eperi GmbH for nearly two decades, transforming it from a start-up into a recognized provider of cloud data protection and encryption solutions with international reach and institutional investment.

Earlier in his career, he held management roles at IBM Germany and Aareon AG, where he contributed to building an e-business start-up and gained extensive experience in IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

Beyond his operational leadership, Elmar is an active investor, board member, and trusted advisor within the technology ecosystem. He brings deep expertise in company building, business development, international go-to-market strategies, and executive leadership across both corporate and start-up environments.
