It is important for organizations to understand that incident management is about people, facilities, culture, communication, and leadership, not just technical issues, according to Thom Langford, Global Security Advocate at SentinelOne and Matthias Reinwarth, Lead Advisor & Senior Analyst at KuppingerCole.
