Derrick is an independent management consultant with over 25 years of cybersecurity, risk, and technology experience. Derrick’s career includes senior roles at Accenture, PwC, Takeda, and Quantum Computing Inc.

He is also an instructor at Kennesaw State University in the College of Computing and Software Engineering.
Derrick has worked in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Energy industries.

He served as an outsourced CISO and CRO and has worked in the U.S., South Africa, Europe, and Australia. Derrick is an author and frequent speaker, and has served as an advisor to the World Affairs Council of Atlanta.
