Mihails Galuška

Since 2021, Mihails has managed the portfolio of customer and partner identity-related services for If P&C Insurance, the largest insurance group in the Nordics and Baltics. He leads the delivery of centralized IAM capabilities - including authentication, authorization, consent management, and e-signing—across complex business areas and geographies. With a background as a Commercial Director and E-signature Product Owner for Latvia’s national certification authority, Mihails brings a deep expertise in trust services to the evolving landscape of AI. He is currently focused on the security and ethical challenges of agentic behavior, exploring how identity providers must evolve to secure "on-behalf-of" experiences and distinguish between human and synthetic actors in the insurance ecosystem.
