Frank Naumann

Frank Naumann, LL.M., Attorney at Law (Germany), advises on matters of information technology and licensing law. His practice ranges from privacy & data protection issues to the protection and exploitation of intellectual property; and beyond to accompanying trademark portfolios and representing his clients in trademark and anti-trust disputes. Mr. Naumann studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany. As a partner of a regional law firm in Wiesbaden he developed an IT-law-specialized department beginning in 2003. He started his own firm and founded Kanzlei | Naumann in Wiesbaden in 2010. Mr. Naumann holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law and is a certified expert for IT-law (Fachanwalt für Informationstechnologierecht). Mr. Naumann is also the vice-president of the “Einigungsstelle in Wettbewerbssachen”, an arbitration committee for competition law disputes of Wiesbaden’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
