Peter Lassig

Peter has been working as Group CISO & Divisional Board Member - Cyber Risk & Information Security since January 2023 and is responsible for the Group-wide management of cyber and information security risks and operational risks.

Background and Education:

For 18 years he worked for Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, Singapore and New York and as Chief Information Security Officer of HypoVereinsbank AG.

Professional Experience:

Peter gained experience in IT implementation, cybersecurity, and IT risk management, among others.

As a manager at KPMG and McKinsey, he supported clients worldwide on cyber security projects. Before he joined Commerzbank he was CISO at HypoVereinsbank AG.
