Increasing number of companies and government entities are becoming the victims of cyber-attacks. Hackers and rogue actors target private data of regular citizens, try to compromise authorities and demand ransom for the stolen information.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is being utilized by numerous companies as means of improving their cyber defences. Harnessing the capabilities of advanced cognitive techniques and AI-based tools aim to boost the defence posture of companies on various fronts.
AI is being deployed as a support function to a security team of a company. It is also being utilized for detecting malware. Same for the threat hunting, where the ML helps in proactively and iteratively searching through networks detecting the advance threats.
The Cybersecurity Innovation Night will focus on cutting-edge approaches and advanced solutions in cybersecurity by utilizing Artificial Intelligence. The slam-style presentations will bring together various start-ups which are using innovative ways combating cyber-crime.
- Introduce and describe the role of AI in predicting and preventing cyber-attacks
- Propose a new path for using Machine Learning for Advanced Threat Protection
- Using AI for smarter Identity Management
- Present real-world examples of AI application in Security
The Innovation Night talks are not sales or marketing pitches and are to be given by the innovators participating in the actual development and application of the approaches.
Using slides for your presentation is optional.
