Gauthier joined Air France KLM in 2002. After several positions in the Commercial domain as well as in Operations at Charles de Gaulle airport, Gauthier was named Chief Customer Data Officer in 2015. In this position, he is responsible for the implementation of Air France KLM strategy to leverage Customer Data assets within the Group.
