Dr. Carsten Mielke

After finishing his PhD in Software Engineering in Bochum, Germany, Carsten Mielke started his career as project manager in the mobile communications industry. After 6 years in different positions, he changed to E.ON in the energy sector in 2007. Amongst other positions, he was heading the Dispatch department for 3 years. In 2011 he founded the department of Cross Functions Services in E.ON Energy Trading SE which he has been leading since then. Besides supplier management, cost controlling and End-to-end quality, also the departments and activities around processes, audits and user access management are placed in his area.
