Kurt Johnson is responsible for Courion's strategic direction, product management, and securing and managing Courion's alliances and partnerships. Previously, Johnson was vice president of the service management strategies program at META Group, a leading industry research organization. He was a leading authority on help desk, IT service management, system management and IT outsourcing markets. Johnson is also widely recognized as an authority on support automation and self-service operations. Prior to META, Johnson held consulting and management positions with The Bentley Company, now part of eLoyalty, and with International Data Corporation, a leader in IT market research. He also worked in financial and software product management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in both marketing and finance from Boston College.
