Dr. Johannes Wiele works as Manager OT-Security for Jungheinrich AG in Germany. After having studied philosophy and political science at the University of Münster, he stepped into the IT business world and specialized in IT security and data protection. First employments included IT presales consulting and multimedia product management at several software and publishing companies. Before joining Jungheinrich AG, he acted as Director Business Consulting for Defense AG. Prior to that, he worked as a journalist responsible for articles on IT security topics published in print and online and for the content of security related conferences.
Johannes Wiele takes an active part in scientific projects and conferences on trust, privacy and security. Currently he acts as Assocaite Lecturer for Karlshochschule International University, Karlsruhe. Johannes Wiele is a member of the ENISA information security awareness community.
