Andrea Pugnaloni is Key Account Manager at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica, Energy&Utilities Division, and is responsible for sales and pre-sales activities of the Engineering Group for the ENEL customer.
In 1983 he obtained a master degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Rome and since then built up a 25 years experience in telecommunications and ICT industries.
In 1984 Andrea began his career at Selenia Spazio (Finmeccanica Group) working on satellite systems engineering and satcom networks deployment, then he joined Marconi Alenia Communications where he managed international projects funded by the European Space Agency and developed novel satcom systems for civil and military networks. In 2000 he shifted to the ICT industry and joined Etnoteam as delivery manager of the Public Sector business unit, then, in 2004, he moved to Engineering as key account manager in the Energy&Utilities Division. For 15 years since 1984, during his career in the industry, Andrea served also as temporary professor of digital systems engineering at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering of the University of Rome, authored several technical papers and an international patent in the field of direct sequence spread spectrum communications.
