Joshua Twahirwa is a Senior Manager for Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management at Aareal Bank AG, where he is responsible for leading and further developing the bank’s overall IAM and PAM capabilities with a strong focus on governance, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and secure access to critical systems. Before joining Aareal Bank, Joshua held IAM and PAM expert roles at Deloitte and IC Consult, supporting major financial services and enterprise clients in areas such as IAM governance, privileged access controls, segregation of duties, non-personal accounts, regulatory control frameworks, and PAM transformation. His experience combines strategic IAM/PAM design with hands-on implementation knowledge across regulated environments, particularly in banking and financial services.
