Matthew Rappard

Matthew Rappard is the former Chief Technology Officer of Vaultie Inc., where he worked on digital identity, verifiable credentials and public-sector identity programmes, including a pilot for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. He contributes to work involving C2PA, CAWG and digital identity standards, with a particular focus on provenance, trust and accessible verification. He is now the Chief Technology Officer at Cognitive Proof.
