Sushant Devata

Sushant Devata is an Enterprise Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation across global organizations. He specializes in designing enterprise IAM architectures that position identity as the foundation for Zero Trust, enabling secure and scalable access across complex federated ecosystems.

At Inter IKEA Group, he leads the architecture for Workforce and Customer IAM and authored the enterprise IAM Architecture Blueprint that underpins IKEA's ongoing identity transformation.

Throughout his career, Sushant has designed workforce and customer identity solutions, modernized IAM capabilities, and enabled secure federation across organizational boundaries. Prior to Inter IKEA Group, he held architecture and consulting roles at British Telecom, Philips, General Motors, and Fisher Scientific.

Based in Helsingborg, Sweden, Sushant is also a long-distance runner.
