Dietmar Klotz

Dietmar is a Product Manager with more than two decades of experience in digital platforms. Over the past seven years, he has specialized in the digital identity space, focusing on identity, authentication, digital wallets, and decentralized identity ecosystems from product, business, and use-case perspectives.

As former Head of Product at Verimi, he helped shape identity and wallet-related products and contributed to the delivery of large-scale B2B and consumer-facing identity solutions. Over the past five years, his work has increasingly focused on decentralized wallet architectures, ecosystem onboarding models, and trust infrastructures connected to emerging European digital identity frameworks.

Prior to his work in digital identity, he worked in technical project management and product management roles, including at Yelp, where he gained experience building globally scalable digital platforms and ecosystem-driven B2B2C products.

Currently, he works with SPRIN-D on the delivery of the EUDI Hub, a central infrastructure component of the European Digital Identity ecosystem. The EUDI Hub supports ecosystem orchestration and enables onboarding of relying parties, EAA providers, and other ecosystem participants across Germany.
