Renée Hunter

As Chief Legal Officer, Renée Hunter drives adoption of Proof’s products nationwide by leading legal, public affairs, regulatory compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and risk management. She participates in committees with the Mortgage Bankers Association, American Land Title Association, Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization, Notary Public Administrators (a subgroup of NASS), the Property Records Industry Association (PRIA), and the Michigan Bar Association's Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. She is a charter member of L-Suite (formerly TechGC), previously served as Secretary on the board of the Electronic Signatures and Records Association on behalf of Proof.com, and has been an observer on several Uniform Law Commission drafting committees for uniform and model laws. She also serves on the board of the Kantara Initiative, where she is treasurer.
