Anja Förster leads Identity & Access Management (IAM) at Daimler Truck AG, where she sits at the heart of one of the largest IT transformations in automotive history. Following the landmark spin-off of Daimler Truck in 2021, she built a modern, cloud-optimized, and Zero Trust-based IAM ecosystem that today reliably secures more than 500,000 daily logins across more than 1,000 integrated applications.
Her career at Daimler Truck spans more than a decade. Starting with a vocational training as an industrial clerk, she progressed through program, project, and product management for E/E Components before joining the Cyber Security Organization in 2022. Her deep expertise in navigating large-scale, complex transformation environments makes her a driving force in shaping the company's digital security future.
